According to their support "We do not allow IPv4 on the IPv6" and if you need a v4 they have v4 plans or put in a ticket for a custom combined v4&v6 plan.

You say so, my average English speaking friend....
They start out with "offering flat 80% discount". In the very next line they change this "flat discount" to "80% discount for IPv6 and KVM plans for first month" only. Lower down, describing their plans (e.g. "PRICE - $ 2.99; Offer price - 0.59$/Mo") they conveniently "forget" to specify that this lower, monthly offer price is valid for 1st month only. This is what I meant by confusing.
