if Atlanta is sufficiently east then check tinykvm's 256 mb ram / 7 gb disk / 200 GB xfer for $15 yearly.
that's actually all I can think of for $15 east coast KVM ...
@virmach offers decent 512 mb ram / 15 gb ssd KVM in Piscataway New Jersey for about $20 (assuming "LET30" coupon still works - that got me one for $4.90 per quarter)
also maybe check with @LaunchVPS for Philadelphia area - they sometimes have deals for low price yearly LXC containers (guessing KVM would cost a little more. worth a look anyway)
I'm not sure, but @vapornode 1GB $16/yr KVM in Florida might still be valid.
It's $17.5/yr w/ 30% off code, which is still pretty close.
Maybe @AlexanderM has something for you with HostUS?
Hi @ollietrex
We can do the following in PHL:
Price is $18.95 /yr. Order Here.
If this doesn't work, what specifications are you looking for? I'll see what else we may be able to offer you.
@VMHaus might have something soon in their new location.
Am also very much looking forward to the vmhaus Malaysian Invasion™ but pretty sure they will be hitting west coast first - not sure if/when they plan to make it back east. (note op is asking for east coast location)
Just remembered @anynode offers KVM deal for $12.50 per year: 256 mb ram / 10 gb ssd / 500 gb xfer in North Carolina. Yow!
Thanks for all the help, @anynode are out of stock which is a shame as would have picked one up. Gonna be looking for an Asian $15 a year VPS if such a thing exists.
We are approaching West coast then hopefully east. $15/year NVMe in Malaysia is hard even most areas in Asia but we are working on it.
@ollietrex - cool, happy hunting! You may be interested in this tip from @randvegeta for a cheap Hong Kong NAT kvm -> https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/2577031/#Comment_2577031
ps - I hear that @LaunchVPS is good stuff. Like, "when you boot it, you'll know where that extra $5 went ....." ☺
Thanks for all the help, 6 servers one day :-) budget gone
Which providers did you choose?
Vmhaus - London
Host Hatch - Los Angeles / Amsterdam / Stockholm (Got a bit taken away by the flags)
Ion Switch - Seattle
LaunchVPS - Philadelphia
A nice spread for the project we are working on and our customer and there customer base. Will be looking for Australasia later in the new year but looks like there wont be any super cheap deals in there areas.
