The deal that was not posted
As the title implies, no good christmas deals. We are looking for some vortexnode bankrupting 1 year lasting deals here folks. Time to Alt-F4/Command+Q LET since there's nothing worth seeing this year.

I agree, but I like it when providers are sustainable because my vps runs fast that way.
If they were to go truely insane, then my vps would most likely be effected in some way.
Maybe in future, when we unlock the true power of quantum computing, we shall have better deals?
I mean, we don't need unsustainable deals. The christmas deals on LET (of the lack of them) were pretty bad this year. WHT had a bit more than usual with a few hosts dropping prices 20-50% than their usual deals.
It was "A day without @cheapwebdev posting" until this thread.
Don't know what people want. The >1GB RAM yearly deals can't get any lower after Black Friday or it's not worth it
Fuck deals, just need more Emma.
Looking at LET this last quarter everybody either expected dedicated cores cores cores to mine some fairy gold or space space space hooked up to an unmetered 1 Gbit port for their streaming piracy box. Preferably in mainland China, Singapore as a poor mans alternative but only very cheap.
Nobody wants fairly priced 1-2 vCore KVM 1-4 GB RAM with 5-30 GB SSD and 1-2 TB traffic these days. That's so 2015.
HostHatch's KVM VPS Storage:
BF:
1vCPU
1GB RAM
1TB HDD RAID-5
2TB data transfer
$65/year
Christmas and New Years 2018 deals:
2vCPU
1GB RAM
1.5TB HDD RAID-5
4TB data transfer
$60/year
thats because we already own such servers
i ordered 5 "BD" silicone toys on black friday and they just arrived in for christmas.
