I decided to go with 5centscdn.

Their live transcoding is very stable and cheaper compared to other providers. The only disadvantage is they only provide HLS I am ok with it

One would consider the fact that they have non-consensual sex with pygmy goats to be a disadvantage, as well- unless you're up for that sort of thing.
