I get the feeling this is yet another site ripper who just reuploads copyrighted videos, I know people in the porn industry and this doesn't really sound like a serious business, going with some random webhost and requiring cPanel reseller...

Some people don't seem to realize porn can bring in big cash, especially if you are the author. Therefore going with some $2/mo provider doesn't really sound like such business.
