very true WSS & mksh .. issue is kfinder.io say 60500 search per yrs but other tools like ahref & semrush says data not available .google key planner says 100-100k .. whom to believe for connect analytics..

Only you know the answer to (1) and the only real way to know (2) is to actually sell it.
