    i have at VMbox NL oVZ second year, satisfied: fresh server, long time online w/o/ reboot, no issues, no downtime i registered at this time ever. I can recommend them as good provider, folks ;-)

    They're with SingleHop in PHX and NL. They can issue them for free through SingleHop as long as they're used within their network. That's why it's not available in LA.
