I tried to log in to my account but my IP was banned because it's a proxy. The IP is theirs, the proxy is on their server. How meta.

    From what I gather, he probably was already a client, and he logged into the client area using his server that he has with them. Sounds like some automated fraud/VPN module.

    Even if. It’s a billing portal. It’s perfectly legitimate to block any kind of hosting subnet from accessing it.

    Most certainly it’s not a revelation worth a thread on a forum.

    Yes, a number of hosting IP blocks/ranges are blocked in our billing portal.

    The IP is theirs, the proxy is on their server.

    Including our own.
