VPS for VPN that doesn't care about DMCA/etc
I'm after a VPS to run OpenVPN on. NAT is fine, my usage will easily fit in 300GB/month of traffic. Any virtualisation system that can do tun/tap is fine, 128MB of RAM is fine. Budget: $15/yr.
Basically a LowEndSpirit that won't ban me when they get a DMCA takedown is all I need :-)

My alternative is to buy a 30-60USD/year VPN service... do tell me if that's a better option.
why not just save money and download from home?
I will download from home, via the VPN... but due to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright_(Infringing_File_Sharing)_Amendment_Act_2011 I don't want to do that without a VPN.
