light torrenting vps?
specs:
512MB RAM
40GB hdd
3TB bandwidth or unmetered 100Mbps
just use 5-6 torrents a week (size may vary)
price: 3-4 USD monthly.
I know Hostmaze has it but the downloading from my ISP (Malaysia) is very bad (200-300KBps).my ISP is fine, dont worry bout it.
Any other providers out there?

Did you already try proxying through Cloudflare whilst downloading? Or multi-thread downloading?
@cociu for anything torrent related. Can't tell about the bandwith to your ISP but you can ask him for a test file.
