I have a dedicated in France that is down for 3 days and got canned response one at 18 hours and other at 36 and that is it .
I believe they are enduring a major problem on their system as I see on my CP monitoring they are down in Tokio Japan, Atlanta US, Los Angeles US and Singapure SG.

I don't know we are now more than 84 hours offline and counting, I can understand that shit happens but lack of communication makes no sense.
The only sense is that they don't give a shit for customers

Not with OP. 26 hours is about the roundabout time for them to cut and paste your ticket to whoever they're reselling. @MikePT could help them by speeding up the process.
