what's the average io speed with Dual Core plan?
I'm running windows on my kvm with them so I can't really provide benchmarks, but I've had no io, network or CPU issues. Support has always been helpful. Never had any downtime in the three months I've been with them aside from scheduled maintenance.
You can use CrystalDiskMark for io benchmarking in Windows environment.
Some benchmarks act weird inside vm's with windows, crystaldiskmark is one. Thanks to some ram caching on part of the virtualization software you get super high results that even beat SSD's in raid (basically a ram disk).
Here is the results of a custom plan I have with them.
CPU model : QEMU Virtual CPU version 1.0
Number of cores : 4
CPU frequency : 2266.746 MHz
