Dedicated Server for Cloud Desktop (EU)

Hello,
Do you have some recommendations for dedicated servers to use as cloud desktop in the EU?
Budget around 30-40 euro pm.
Was looking at the LT 2017 from online.net.
But i don't need that much ram.
16GB would do.
Also, 2 SSD would be good enough.
The E3 is great, prefer newer cpu.
I was looking at the black friday/cyber monday deals, but couldnt find something like this.
