I have bought many domains so I need to host them in different locations and ips. I will need so providers who provide realy cheap or free hosting like $2/$3 year.
512MB is enough for me.

OP is asking for something in the range of 2-3 usd/year. Your cheapest (SEO) offer starts at 10/month or 120/year. You're at least 40x over budget.
