any better offers than impactvps?

Hello,

i have been silently reading all threads for last week but i could not find any better deal than impactvps.

i am with them for more than year and no complaints but want to see if i can get any cheaper and better solutions.

currently they are offering
4GB ram, 45GB SSD, 2TB BW, 5 ips for $6/m. ( you can multiply all these for higher plans)
and they are on openvz.

i heared KVM performance is better so wanted to try them and looking for EU or Asia location.

so do you guys know any better provider with

1. KVM (openVZ also fine)
2. EU or Asia location
3. cheaper than impactvps?

For pure performance/price, InceptionHosting 2gbram NVME-KVM for 25eu/yr . (not dedicated cores, but ICH TOS is quite reasonable )
