@Dedispec is good. I have a similar storage box with them, and I haven't had any problems that I didn't cause. Support is quick even for my low priority problems.

Me too. Placed order at 11/28/2017. Now the server is still under pending. My ticket# is 400373.
@manoaratefy - Can you PM me your order #? We're aiming to have any remaining 5630/5640 finished this weekend, we ran into some unplanned hangups so we'll be making sure to give a little extra bonus for the wait.
