Finally got home, I've been meaning to ask this since a couple of hours ago. It doesn't seem to work on Reseller when I try to choose the Triannually option, it doesn't give any discount.

No they are free from Comodo
There is more than enough performance for everyone. Free automated SSL is included. I do not know of buyshared's uptime but I can say our uptime has been excellent.

I can chose the location Seattle which you don’t mention. You only say ‘Location: Incero Dallas & Test IPv4:172.110.0.1’. Is this option(Seattle) about hosting valid?

5.By buy resource to create vps, and does this vps can be deleted and then create another new vps use the same resource? In other word, Is it the same model like Vultr,Linode? The only difference is buy one year for one-time.
Or the resource it only can be created vps for the first time and one time, it doesn’t support delete and create again?
6.How many IPv4 does VDR1 have? One or two? I saw two in the previous offers.
