    I will say it. This is a worthless fucking post in 2017. Debian 5 is LONG FUCKING GONE AND IT AIN'T COMING BACK.

    64MB might just about load WordPress and MySQL with enough swap these days, but unless you're creating static content, you're not going to be doing a hell of a lot else with it.

    Appreciate the input. You're right ofcourse. Outdated like hell. The article is all about a certain mindset. Things get bloated nowadays, resources are cheap so people stop giving a fuck.

    Meanwhile we forget what you can achieve when you set your mind to it, aka the lowend spirit.

    Hey that's pretty good, some crappy atom but with enough drives to make a RAID 1...

    I'll keep this in mind. Wasn't very impressed with their VMs but their network was quite fast so it'd be nice for backups.

    It could be. But you are at the mercy of the algorithm. We have a few nodes imbalanced so we can give you some extra. If not we can try and migrate you.

    So I have $5 sitting in my PayPal. I want it gone. I want a yearly VM in the EU min 96Mb. Ram, ipv4. Rest is not that important. I know it can be done. I dare you!

    Add $2 and we can do a 192MB instance. Debian doesnt like much lower. KVM, NVMe, custom panel and a few additional things for that $2
