OVH VPS SSD 2 vs CLOUD 1

Hello guys,

I really wanna ask you which one is better, I am running game server and mysql database connected to it with php etc.

OVH SSD 2:

https://www.ovh.ie/vps/vps-ssd.xml
OVH CLOUD 1:
https://www.ovh.ie/vps/vps-cloud.xml

The problem is, I once had a SSD 2 vps, I even upgraded it to SSD 3, the CPU usage was terrible, like 80%, same for ram. While CLOUD 1, I get 20% cpu with 40% ram max.. Wwhat is this?

I wonder, is SSD really faster? Or is it shared, and Cloud gives dedicated resources??

BTW Im currently hosted on CLOUD VPS SBG 1(you should know after outage of nov 9, ovh will close SBG1/SBG4 and move the clients to SBG3 sometime soon) - which means another downtime.

Hopefully ill get placed in sbg 3,

anyways. Please tell me, VPS SSD 2 or CLOUD 1?

I use OVH ssd because it is cheap. My ram utilization also runs high around 80% and I only run joomla on cmm.
