To much for $30/year? Thats $2.5/month for 2GB RAM KVM.

Yeah I'll take a 2GB KVM w/ 30TB/m for $30/yr in the US, too.
He's not saying he's going to push 30TB per month. He's saying he expects the network throughput to be at least 100Mbps which to me is a reasonable request. For all that we know he could be doing <500GB per month on a busy month.
Is SSD cached an option?
He could very well expect to saturate it- he never did say one way or another. You can crawl out of my ass at any time, because you haven't paid for a free ride.
