Hello i need suggestion i am willing to offer PBN hosting so any cheap deal is available or anyone offering something for this in which i can get 99% uptime + different locations + IPS

    I think what hes talking about is private blog network. It's SEO and because he likes acronyms he capitalized the S in IPs (which he thinks he needs a lot of to fool search engines).

    I've just googled it and it says

    Performance Based Navigation which related to performance requirements in terms of accuracy, integrity, availability, continuity, and functionality required for the proposed operations in the context of a particular airspace, when supported by the appropriate navigation infrastructure.
