I just wanted to provide some feedback on your offers:

The main reason I tend to avoid purchasing services with you is because of the speed limit you impose on your services. While I understand that using tiered networking probably lets you provide these services more cheaply and with less network overhead, there are many competitors in the same market who are offering gigabit network with the service and are worth the extra few dollars. To me your services would be more useful with a metered gigabit connection than with the 50Mbit,80Mbit or 100Mbit 'unmetered' packages you offer. The 100mbit limit makes it difficult to use your services for things like CDN or a large site as when things get busy or lots of users are downloading at once it is very easy to have things slow to almost a halt, where with gigabit you wouldn't have to worry as much about this because you can burst to fulfill your need.

I have nothing negative to say about your services, when I did try them before (it has been a few years) they were reliable and stable, its just that with the bandwidth restriction I ended up having to move services elsewhere.

Hopefully you will consider going forward offering some services with gigabit connectivity!

    my 2 cents.

    Cheers!

while this is true , I think they have setup due to 95% billing system where if somebody used 1gbps for some particular time can cause huge billing for providers .
