Good day lately I have received bot zoombie attack via web, right now I am in NFO Servers but it seems that they have no idea what happens and they send me to the forum, this does not affect the server, only apache, some recommendations or solutions?

Layer 7 flood, put CloudFlare onto your website and then enable "Under attack" mode.
the game has a response timeout of 500 ms
and cloudfire creates delay in each request for data packets
