Has anyone found Angolan hosting services (meaning the company itself is based in Angola) that have VPS in Angola?

I have found several services that offer VPS in Angola but the companies themselves are based in other countries.

Would you mind telling me how you found these? If there's some simple tool I'm missing I'd like to know so I don't bother more experienced people on this site.

I searched on Google for a while before asking this but maybe just not the right places
