I bought one from OneProvider, but its add-on IP didn't work
Anybody recommend something?

yes, of course it supports virtualization. See the specs of the CPU. As of ESXi, in my server (not the same one) the control panel have an install option for VMware ESXi 6. There is not any KVM/IP to their server but a sysrescue option to load a temp OS there and, if you have some knowledge, you can install whatever you want.
But, if you want valid information, ask them opening a pre-sales ticket.

UPDATE: As I saw in the ordering page, there is a KVM/IP available for this server, so, you can install ESXi on your own.

I think you don't know how to setup additional ips, that is your problem. I have personally setup additional ips on my atom c2750 with KVM. They do work, you just need to read some tutorials or let an expert do it for you.

And contacted support
I follow support's instructions,
Still can not work
