Seeking: cheap dedicated server in USA, at least 32GB memory, 6 or 8 cores, $50-$100

I'm looking for a cheap, fairly powerful dedicated server in the USA from a reputable hosting company. It will be used as an application server. East coast preferred but not essential.
32GB ram or more
6 cores or more
Need a reliable network, but port speed and bandwidth/transfer are not that important
Disk size is not important - I would prefer SSD but it's not essential.
Looking for offers or recommendations for reputable hosts with a proven record.
My budget is up to about $100, but I don't know if that's realistic for USA. Could go higher if my budget is unrealistically small, but would prefer 50-100
thanks!

If you don't need a lot of support, @DatabaseByDesign is second to none that hits the LET cheap bastards once or twice a year with impressive deals. Their tech support, however, is lacking unless you are down. If you just have stupid questions or want another IP, you're going to wait awhile.
Why don't you try JoesDataCenter they have pretty cheap servers, they should fit around your budget. Else, try oneprovider.com USA location.
Database by design has some good deals. Just know the support takes forever and they take at least a week to get set up.
