I got a 14 days trial in finland (1GB ram 1 core 10GB disk) and here some results:

Trial get 10mbps instead of 100mpbs and you can't change firewall settings

I'm not a "cloud" vps user but their prices seems quite expensive to me: http://en.upcloud.com/pricing

Price of this trial would be: £18.49 / month, £0.03 / hour only for the ram, cpu and disk plus bandwidth and IO-requests.
