Budget would be 20-30usd per month

4 CPU Cores

4 GB RAM

30GB Pure SSD

1 Gbps Network Speed

at least 2TB Bandwidth or Unmetered/Unlimited Bandwidth

Windows Server 2012 R2

I know I've tried to get another 1GB slice but they have been out of stock since the last 2 days. The storage kvm are in stock though.
