    Lol? As far as I remember from the big Austrian carriers only A1 peers directly with China Telecom Backbone and some other Chinese routes, but why would you choose that? Latency should be better in LA, US. Don't know if many providers here peer with A1 though, it's same as with Swisscom here, traffic is kinda expensive. (please correct if this is wrong, glad to learn XD)

    The large carry back to the usual: DECIX/DE, AMSIX/NL, LINX/UK. UPC has a lot of network management in Vienna still to this date, A1 has business down balkans (now also as A1 Slovenia directly). A1 is not expensive for transit from a basically state ISP in EU; around 2-3EUR/Mbit on medium commits in Vienna, similar to UPC. Vienna has Retn/Cogent/HE/etc so it is rarely used as transit.
