Firefox: Shortcut to edit about:config setting?

Hello,
Many times I need to modify a setting in about:config but It is possible to just press a button and setting will be modified?
Eg: Alt+Ctr+A = extension.xyz setting changed from "1" to "0" or run a javascript to do this?
