what means Fully Managed? What is the DC (city location) and why are you telling it's unmetered while 2000Gb of data transfer... what about a looking glass(IPs)?
'Fully' managed traditionally means you ask and you get, but you don't get root access yourself, this includes the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all software available in the OS default repo's and also includes a DR/Backup plan.
Some hosts have their own defined definition, worth checking the terms.
