Cheap+asia+high bandwith almost imposible
High as in 1TB or more.
Try ovh or their reseller in sg there is plenty provider can offer the 1tb bandwith dependibg on your definition of cheap but don't know about the exit node
Nobody sane in Asia will allow you to run exit. Legal systems are in many countries practically non existing and the ISPs can end up very easily in trouble with no real recourse against you or their gov. See UrDN and similar; they just come and take all equipment desired and you likely never see it again before it is obsolete.
Further, Tor + BTC = Anonymous = Pay high premium.
Expect to pay 100$ or more per month for anonymous Asia that allows (or rather ignores) exit usage, on crappy BW somewhere in rural Indonesia or Malaysia.
