We are looking for a Xeon E5 series Dedicated for production level so we don't need any kind of downtime also technical support will be needed in some points as our sys admins are not that perfect in optimising servers.

Why put your logo in first place ? And your signature... oh well. This looks like some sort of free advertising...
For logo we put almost everywhere you can say we try to look like our letterhead format and stand out...
And for singnature don't have words to say.... because yes yes we put it as signature to get free exposer and I think everyone does that isn't ?
