Try the network performance suggestions for KVM in our FAQ. I've received varying reports of network speeds on KVMs before people applied those.

Actually the whole networking issue was a misconfiguration on our end. I apologize. It should be fixed after tonight's reboot.
Had my NL ssh cached one for a while now along with the previous 2 in the US. Best host by far, especially now you're in Europe. Good work Nick
