CPU: 1 vCore

HDD: 10GB

Disk type: any

Port speed: unshared 100Mbps

Traffic: 500GB-1TB

Virtualization: Any with TUN/TAP module.

Budget: $2,5

Billing period: monthly

Ipv4: 1x dedicated

Ipv6: any

*Do not write that this will not be 100Mbps unshared VPS. I used Virtono.com, but recently I experienced high ping and network performance degradation. Internet speed was never below 100Mbps. I was working with a few Russian providers. They were providing a dedicated 100Mbps with a price of $1.5. However, "P0rnhub" was banned in Russia. Login required with vk.com. Logging in with vk.com every time is a waste of time.

    Just a tip: This isn't a 'recent' thing, in my experience this is about all the quality you get out of Virtono and their reseller(s). They are one of the few hosts I can actually say you get what you pay for (pay shit, get shitty service). They don't take care of their nodes so your performance can very drastically based on what type of neighbors end up on your node.

    If you actually want something of quality you should up your budget, possibly double it, any service you find for $2.50 is probably going to end up with the same results.

    Lacking the experience to make such fine distinctions myself, I'll have to take your word on that. :-)

    My reason reasoning was: if only P*rnhub is banned, then a reasonably fulfilling life should still be possible without it.

    Admittedly, if all such sites are banned, then the matter becomes more difficult.
