searching kvm server in central europe

Hi,
maybe someone of you knows where i can find this cheap

• KVM based virtualization
• 4 vCores
• 6-8GB RAM
• 1Gbit Port (fair share) (not that important, but at least 250 mbit/s would be nice)
• 250GB+ HDD (SSD not needed)
• upload own iso
• rdns
• around 10€ per month would be nice, i'd pay yearly too.

What's wrong with them?

To get a perfect option you are going to have to provide kind of a perfect budget anyway.

VPS 2000 is fine for ram & cpu, but 100 mbit/s and 160gb hdd is a little low

RS 1000 (which i currently use) is ok, but i wanted to check if theres something better

to get on 4 vcores would get me to 16gb of ram which i definitely dont need

well, "perfectly" and "ok" are far away from another.
for example i dont need gbit port, snapshots and whatelse netcup offers.
these features can fall away for me.

I've contacted contabo like 1 year ago. They want 25€ for every iso upload, and they even prohibit installing windows server.
Did this change now?

If I only get cheap in Bulgaria, what pricing would it be for my requirements?

@lemon - was going to offer a dedicated server, however I see that your budget would be low.

I can offer: Intel Xeon L5630 / 8GB of RAM / 300GB 15k SAS at 25 EUR per month.
