Looking for a KVM VPS with direct route to mainland China

Hi, all. I'm looking for a KVM based VPS with direct route to mainland China as my web server. They'd better have upstreams like China Telecom, China Unicom, PCCW ( for example, Quadranet, Zenlayer, GIA ). My ideal plan is at least 2 Cores CPU, 4G RAM, 40G disk storage, 1T bandwidth and my budget is about $20/Mo. Thank you guys for recommendation.

    Not exactly. Providers that offers HK, JP, SG are also fine. For VPS located in US, west coast only.

    I have a vps at CloudCone. It's ip starts with 173.82.15*.*** , connected with Telecom directly. Pinging from Guangzhou Telecom gets about 153ms for latency, just like Bandwagonhost CN2.
    It is not blocked yet ,cheaper than BWG and really like Cloudcone's web design.
    My vultr Los Algels vps has been temprorily blocked since 9th Oct.
    Don't know how many can survive through October.
