kyrpt review scammer

i would say the kyrpt provides good service at the beginning until they changed the network to standard network.

my vps was ordered on 2015, by when they have only premium network. later on, they seperated premium network from standard network. but the existing customer will still keep the premium network withtout additional charge. The new order of premium network will be charged double.

recently, i feel my network is very slow and found they changed my network to the standard network. after discussing with them, they admit my vps should be with premium network. but with weird reason that my service is standard network while they even don't have standard network (they have only one network, premium network, when i ordered the service), they insist my network will still be the standard network.

  • Today on LET: When two people who can't English try to English, then post about it on forums.

Although not common for the Chinese guy to have better English than whatever that mess is from Weearchai Pornaranant.

    All I understood is "network".

  • All i understood was "there is a fee for monthly"

  • The best part is that the OP posted an IP for some script kiddie to knock down.

(All I got was “packet lose.”)

So let me see if I got this right. Client orders service, client receives service for 2+ years, client is upset because he's only getting the same service he paid for... yup this is LET alright.

Here's how I read it: you're on the premium network but you're on the regular network, the premium network is free for you, but we can charge you for the premium network if you want the premium network.

I've never witnessed that many contradictions in such a short response.

    What did I just read?

Notice to any newcomers to the thread. If my post is the first you see, do not waste your time reading the initial post(s). They don't make sense and you will never get that time back. You've been warned!

No matter what though, OP is right to complain. That ticket response warrants complaint, unless anyone sees it in a way that I'm not.

  • Response from a supervisor with "please use the polite word with our staff"? I bet there's responses missing in the ticket.

    I understand that as follows:

    1. client bought VPS on 2015

    2. when he do that the provider have no separated network from standard and premium

    3. later the provider decided to divide his network into standard and premium

    4. the provider promises to his existing customer (those prior to network divide) that they will have a premium network without additional fees

    5. now (after many years) OP notice the network degradation and tell the provider that he is on standard network instead of premium one, wchich is eligible for due to previous statement about keeping premium network access without additional fees

6 provider denied to revert client back to their premium network despite the fact that he had server before network segmentation.

P.S I am not the english native speaker and it was also difficult for me to catch all of OP's post but I think that is correct way.

After having dealing with non native broken English from various countries ,I am sure that @marson is correct and I also guessed the same . But fartmother is missing as op abused the support staff somewhere .

Aye. OP probably isn't great, but provider is either really bad at wording or very much in the wrong. It's readable enough that you can follow the logic flow, which is clearly "premium network is free for you, but you have to pay extra for it." Provider holds responsibility to clarify in a way that doesn't make them look bad, regardless of how the OP looks at this stage.

I was once a krypt customer, and that was not long ago.
Their support guy had worse English even than I,
So I tried to google the support guys' names and that turns out a good amount of Thai people are doing the support.

I had a bit argue on my premium network with them, with English and finalllllly they fixed my network.

Now i sitll have no clue how come two parts of non-English speaker resolved all the issue, that both had broken English.

Reply if you understand this post.
