You cannot make generalized comments about providers who are in multiple datacenters/cities. The answer is it depends on the city/datacenter. They are good in LA yes, at least in their original location. Not sure about their new LA datacenter. That is not necessarily the case in other cities/datacenters where they use remote hands and don't have their fingers on the pulse like they do in downtown LA.
I saw a thread somewhere with someone complaining about Quadranet Miami. They were a happy Quadranet LA customer. I find that to be typical of a lot of providers who expand beyond their home base.
