I haven't used it, but clicking around on their website turns up many issues. If they're not able to maintain a website, probably can't maintain a server network either.
If you mean by trusted is they give you service if you paid them then yeah. They are trusted.
Id stay away just based on the name...

Any company that builds a business model based on Wordpress is asking for trouble. That's the equivalent of a company whose primary service is offering HyperVM VPSs with telnet only access.
Pfft. Just make sure you are set as an Admin and you can install PowerShell all by yourself!

I used it before for one of my small set-and-forget site. Bad hosting. That's all I can tell you
