@Clouvider or Zare is your choice
There is no "cheap high end". That said, @Clouvider provides quality service for a reasonable price.
They even send chocolates!

Either @Clouvider or speak to the chaps at M24Seven. Use their Romanian team over the UK team though.. the UK team can't sell a server if their lives depended on it.

For High End Servers in UK & decent stable network, Zare comes to my mind.
(not that I have tried them myself but few of my clients use them)
Have VPS' with a couple providers who use @Clouvider and based on how highly the providers speak of them, and the service quality (solid network, no power issues AFAIK) I'd say they're probably the safest bet.
If you're purely looking at budget (skimping on network quality + support), I'd say OVH is a decent second choice.
Some more info would help - budget? Specs?

Used @ClouVider in the past. They were solid. I cancelled because I no longer needed the server but I’ll use them in future if need arise
Really happy with @Clouvider. I have no idea how they're able to do what they do for the prices they sell at. Great data centre and network, fast deployment, brand new hardware, dual power, responsive support...
Definitely vouch for @Clouvider, their services are amazing.
