Do you mean taking over an existing VPS with cPanel or having someone setup cPanel for you?
Yes, I want a VPS with CPanel working out of the box.
Some companies offer VPS with a CPanel installation service. Thats what I am looking for. (Whenever I try to set it up, it just breaks)
We could certainly do that. Just add $15 on top of any of our plans

The most time I waste with cPanel are completely trivial things like setting up package template, service configuration, CSF configuration..
Must be the license.
