    I think he needs the debian image on SolusVM so that the client can install Debian on his VPS

    Not sure though if he means that

    @alexanderu , @ShardHost is charging you almost nothing. I charge $120 USD/hour for my work, so I think he's your best shot.

    I don't have any experience with SolusVM but isn't that just download the template and done?

    Here's an offer. $7 and I'll do it for you. I'll install Debian 6 32-bit and 64-bit, and Debian 7 32-bit and 64-bit for OpenVZ (assuming that's what you're hosting) LEB pricing ;)
