But in simple words: We respect privacy after all, and we don't know what our customers host because we don't monitor their activities, our job is to provide a good service, allowing everything possible that the law permits.
It is up to the customer to deal with any abuse that is received. We will never suspend a service without a legal court order, if customer fails to resolve the problem we will take action, and that is: nullroute from the internet until solved but not suspend in most cases.
Obviously in some cases clearly illegal we will suspend and terminate without needing a court order, we are not aiding and abetting criminals.
