I had to use Google-translator to find meaning of "at our desecration" (and I'm still not sure about it) but I think it basically says they can terminate services whenever they want...

I have never done this. The service was also suspended after the deletion, if the client did not want to fix the problem with that server. I never end up with a server without the customer's consent, even if they violate the terms and conditions on the site.

Signing up was very fast, and was delivered instantly.

Disk i/o is decent, around 50MB/s
Network i/o is decent, around 300MB/s to EU, less to USA, 30kB/s to Asia
I could not finish bench.sh due to the Asia speedtests taking forever.

I have retested now as you have asked, and the server performance is terrible (for 2EUR I don't expect much in terms of CPU and disk) but the network i/o has been capped to 1Mbit
