Looking for a guy in GMT (+1/+2/+3/+4) (System admin/Network admin/L3 tickets/4-5 tickets a day)
Okay, I'm looking for a guy who will be on call at least 8-10 hours a day who lives/works at Europe or Middle Eastern time zones. Note that this is not a full time job.
What I need him to do:
- Be available in case of an emergency and do his best to fix the issue as quickly as possible by either contacting to the datacenter, logging into the nodes, etc
- Resolve escalated L3 tickets (4-5 tickets a day, 10 max)
- Reply to L1/L2 tickets when noone is around
- Monitor nodes and make sure everything works perfectly (Ability to automate this would be preferred)
- Write some bash/awk sometimes
- Write some PHP for automating things more and more (not a deal breaker)
