so... what's your real IP of KHB VPSes? 87.225.45.0/23 not look like a prefix with RT & TTK route..
and the description shows "# downlink to customer DalComBank"
The IP for Khabarovsk is an example only. The actual prefix is 92.223.x.x. I've edited the post to clarify
In South Korea, we have own own subnet as well as KT allocated ones. In Norway and Finland, they are allocated from the ISP directly (as shown).
