Belgium, $8/month for 3TB data on 1Gbps, you might get this in your dreams ...

-These hosts are cheap and I don't know anyone who has experience with the BE locations, But Combell seems to be used much for companies in Belgium.
We can do Poland VPS (not using OVH) and can't do 3TB data transfer but can provide with 2TB maximum.

However, if you want to stay away from the usual candidates, I'd recommend once again @UltraVPS.
They have their own AS and their main location is Düsseldorf. Their network is really awesome. But best they can do is 2TB on a Gbit port with 2GB RAM for 6 EUR.

I mean, you look legitimate enough to apply for one and be pretty much guaranteed to be given the tag, if you had at least one $7/month plan.
You've already passed the bare-bones requirement list:
Has made 8/5 of the required posts
Has been registered for 1951 of the 14 days required for the tag
Has not spammed

There's no need for a 7/month plan. You just need to be a provider at any monthly/yearly rate and have those 5 (or 10, I forgot the exact amount) and 14 day reg.
