    AUP is really restrictive. Looks like this would apply to cpanel hosting, not vps ?

    Arcanum Services LLC Customers may not initiate the following (below), if any customer does Arcanum Services LLC may terminate the account with no refund. Depending on the situation there will/won't be warnings sent.
a) Use 25% or more of system CPU resources for longer then 90 seconds or 1% of the servers CPU resources for longer than 5 minutes. There are numerous activities that could cause such problems; these include: CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc.
b) Use of any kind of distributed computing software, including but not limited to SETI@home, Node Zero and Folding@home.
c) Run any type of interactive real-time chat applications that require server resources. Remotely-hosted services are fully allowed.
d) Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server. This includes any and all daemons.
e) Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
f) Run any file sharing, bit torrent or other P2P network services, client or server software.
g) Run any gaming servers such as counter-strike, half-life, battlefield 1492 etc

    Yes, it's monthly only. Also, you you may load your own ISO.

    That's for shared hosting.

    The fact is I can't find any terms related to your vps or dedicated offers on your site. That was a legitimate presale question from a potential customer. Now, why being so defensive ?

d) We do not limit the running VPN servers, you may run those freely on your service.
e) Any activity which causes service interruptions to either ServerHand's network/servers or any outside network is prohibited.
f) Websites dedicated to the discussion of hacking activities or the distribution of hacking tools are prohibited. Also, the usage of ServerHand's computer systems or network to access any system, service, or network without the owner's consent is expressly forbidden.
g) The service is to be used for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any US regulations is prohibited. To this effect, child pornography is strictly prohibited as well as housing any copyrighted information (to which the customer does not hold the copyright or an appropriate license) on any ServerHand server.
