Wordpress Mirror?
Hi all,
is there any how-to or workaround to make a mirror of wordpress plugin repository? i mean mirror repository like any open source OS does.
it will save our international bandwidth.
i see theres "sluper" script to download all wordpress plugin here https://github.com/markjaquith/WordPress-Plugin-Directory-Slurper
but how to tell the wordpress site to use the local update? or change the wordpress repository to choosen one?

I'm not 100% sure but maybe you can do this on dns level?
Edit: I mean like you can clone the link structure for each plugin into own site and change ip for wordpress.org domain but possibly you may miss out some of other features as well
